• CANCELLATION POLICY: For whole-house reservations, 60 days' notice is required. Cancellations made after the required time frame are subject to a non-refundable deposit on the reservation.
• A group concierge offers options for in-house wine tastings, catered dinners, group outings, and more. Rates and availability vary based on the number of suites reserved. 
• GRATUITY POLICY: In addition to the base charges for a full-house rental, a 15% gratuity will be added to the final bill to cover all concierge services provided for large groups and special occasions. The gratuity is distributed amongst our hardworking staff, who go above and beyond to ensure the best experience, comfort, and care during your stay. If all parties pay separately for a full-house rental, the 15% gratuity will be split amongst each paying suite.
