Bella Collina’s precautions for a “Stay Safe” experience.
We have implemented extra sanitation protocol in all of our guest suites and common spaces. (Our requirements and procedures are consistent with CDC, State and local protocols.)
Face coverings: Our staff will be wearing face coverings to ensure your safety and we kindly request that you do the same to protect our staff and other guests, on entering, in hallways, and common areas when not able to social distance by 6 ft. (Please bring your own face covering or we can provide one or also we have wine themed masks to purchase)
◇ Increased availability of touch-free hand sanitizer stations.
◇ Frequent disinfecting of all surfaces, with special attention to high touch items.
◇ Provide for the required social distancing of 6 ft in common spaces.
◇ As it has always been, no guests are allowed in the kitchen. Do let us know if you need anything.
◇ Routine daily housekeeping service is now limited.
◇ We removed all non-essential items from our guest suites and will provide a list of available amenities for you to request.
◇ Disinfecting of all surfaces, with special attention to high touch items.
◇ Touchless soap and hand sanitizer dispensers in all guest suites.

Restaurants in The Valley are open with safety protocols in place. Some are doing take-out only. Some are doing reserved patio and dining room service. Please support them. (we have a list to share with you to help with planning). Bring your meal back to Bella Collina and enjoy it in your suite, on your deck, or down at the outdoor fireplace.
◇ Many businesses in the county have re-opened with safety guidelines in place. Support them by calling ahead of your visit for updates.
◇ Wineries are opening with safety guidelines in place and most require reservations (we are happy to provide you with a list to help with planning).
Safe and Responsible Travel:
You will receive an e-mail with a health questionnaire to review 5 days prior to your arrival, then a copy to sign upon arrival. If you or any member of your party are sick, showing symptoms or been exposed to a known COVID-19 positive individual , please stay home. We will waive our 7-day cancellation policy should you become ill or feel you have been exposed.
We appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate this changing landscape together. Please remember that there is always some inherent risk in travel as there is in life, but we believe that the rewards are pretty great, so let's work together to keep everybody safe.
The Bella Team,
Sherwood, Melody & Scott
