Bella Collina’s precautions for a “Stay Safe” experience.

We are continuing extra sanitation protocol in all of our guest suites and common spaces. (Our requirements and procedures are consistent with CDC and Oregon State Guidelines )

Guests are welcome to mask while at Bella Collina, but masking is no longer required.

Common Areas:
◇ Increased availability of hand sanitizer stations.
◇ Frequent disinfecting of all surfaces, with special attention to high-touch items.
◇ We provide for social distancing in the Breakfast Space
◇ As it has always been, no guests are allowed in the kitchen. Do let us know if you need anything.

Guest Suites:
◇ Routine daily housekeeping service continues to be limited, but is available by request.
◇ Disinfecting of all surfaces, with special attention to high-touch items.
◇ Extra washing of all bedding, and towels & sanitizing soft surfaces before & after every guest.

Dining:
◇ Breakfast will be available and, as always, will be served in accordance with all health recommendations.
    Breakfast in your suite is an option for a fee if prior arrangements are made with staff.

Safe and Responsible Travel:
You will receive an e-mail with a health questionnaire to review 5 days prior to your arrival. When you receive this e-mail and if you have experienced any of these symptoms in the past week or have been exposed to a known COVID-19 positive individual then PLEASE CONTACT US so we can assess if you should reschedule your trip.

Fortunately, Covid restrictions have gotten much less stringent, so most people can still travel if their symptoms are resolving or have disappeared after 5-10 days.    If you need to cancel we will waive our 7-day cancellation policy should you become ill or feel you have been exposed.

We appreciate your support and understanding as we navigate this changing landscape together. Please remember that there is always some inherent risk in travel as there is in life, but we believe that the rewards are pretty great, so let's work together to keep everybody safe.
